Vanker Industries Limited was
found in 1996. We are accredited ISO9001 since 1999.
Our factory has been audited and got the ICTI, BSCI, ETI approval. We specialize in making different kinds of markers, crayons, art sets and other drawing accessories such as kids apron and glitter glues. Our products are conformed to EN71 part 1,2,3 and 9, LHAMA ASTM D-4236, BS7272 part 1,2. Our productivity is over 1,500,000 pieces of pens a day. OEM project is welcomed as we do have engineering workshop in factory which is leaded by profiessional engineer, with advance machineries like milling, grinding, line cutting, EDM and CNC for molds developing and maintenance. .

Our head office is located in Hong Kong as well as
factory in Shenzhen, China. There are 15 staff in Hong Kong office
who are responsible for sales, order organizing, shipping, accounting
and products development.

| Vanker has invested lots of testing machine for checking the quality issue. One is new and named Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. This machine can analyse the material composition, and checking our marker can comply to standard of EN71 part 3, ASTM F963-07. This can be more active and flexible to check each lot of material that we are using.
Besides, we also have Clean Room facilities to make sure there has no dust or bacterial go inside the ink mixing area

After that, we will test our ink on whether exceed the total plate count limit through our Microbiology Laboratory. |

Our factory has 150,000 sq. ft. and mainly for manufacturing. It is near the boundary of Hong Kong. There are over 800 workers with various machineries. They include injection molding and pen assembly machines in production department. We also have our own mould department which means the mould of all our markers like felt tip pen, crayon, highlighter, glitter glue, art cases......etc are done by ourselves. It can more flexibilities to carter for the various needs of customers.

In addition, there are silkscreen printing, pad printing, foil stamping, high frequency welding, sonic welding in our packaging department to meet customer requirements of their own packing style. Moreover, we have our own water purification system to ensure the water is clean enough for ink mixing.

AS our Safety concern mentioned earlier, materials used have been carefully selected, it mainly from US, Japan, German and Taiwan.
